An adrenaline-fuelled campaign brought to life through altitude, action, and awe. A 3-day brand experience designed to ignite performance and power up potential.

As part of Canon Australia’s ‘Power Up’ campaign, BLE was engaged to design and deliver a bold conference and incentive experience unlike anything delegates had encountered. Set against the cinematic winter landscape of Queenstown, the program redefined traditional conferencing - merging strategic content with high-energy adventure. Helicopter transfers to the Remarkables mountain range kicked off the experience, where delegates were handed Power-Up Survival Packs, their briefings, and even their hotel check-ins - on the incredible mountain tops.

From there, the energy only escalated. Mornings featured focused, content-rich conferencing with standout speakers, while afternoons pushed teams out of their comfort zones - through bungy jumping, zip-trekking, heli-rafting and more. The standout moment? A custom-designed “Power Up Proving Ground,” with over 2km of ploughed ice tracks for auto time trials and defensive driving challenges. Across three unforgettable days, Canon delegates didn’t just conference - they climbed, soared, accelerated, and connected.

High-Altitude Arrival

Guests were flown by helicopter to snow-capped peaks for a dramatic welcome, receiving briefing packs, room keys, and a panoramic view of what was to come.
